I would give you some advice, but when my 1st wife left me ( 25 years ago) I kinda got strung out on smack for a minute and ran a perfectly good business into the ground. So maybe I'm not the best person to give advice about that particular thing. You’re right !

I will say after 13 years of marriage I still loved her like mad and I was utterly devastated by it. It took me a couple years to get over it and the ramifications fucked up the first couple years of my current marriage. Plus I really haven't slept right ever since.
Fuck, that's not helpful
Well, one thing that has always kept me going was something John Lennon said which has always been absolutely true. "There's nowhere you can be that isn't where you're meant to be"Life takes some fucked up turns man
We’re all just trying to put one foot in front of the other without tripping

True thoughAlso something Billy Corgan said that's equally true. " The world is a vampire sent to drain me".
Fuck, that's not helpful either.
Well, I can tell you that I have now been married to my second wife for like 20 something years. 23 I think. And I am happy.100%
This is exactly what I tell all the young rapscallions
Whatever you think is the most important thing right now, will not be so in 10 years
The problems and opportunities you’ll face in that time will take you somewhere you can’t even imagine
To quote Lemmy: “when was the last time you made plans and they worked out exactly as you planned?”
