Man, John Sykes passed away.

OMG... I did not know about his health or see this coming. One of my top five favorite guitar players of all time. I am in shock at this terrible news!

I was always hoping he was going to finally release his new music and now I know one of the reasons why it never happened:(

All of the greats are sadly leaving us!

RIP John Sykes gone but never forgotten!

This fucking sucks. My top five as well.
 
Terrible news.. I don't know what it is but what is it about the music industry and cancer? We always hear about our phones and the conspiracy around these radio waves but you wonder about all the gear these guys were around and exposed to for years/decades.. or I guess they might have smoked or just luck of the draw but I do find it rather interesting. Not heart attacks or overdoses , but cancer.
