I woke up today thinking JS was only 65 yo which is quite young for death; then I realized that there are a shit ton of great guitarists on the edge now based on their age alone. Think of the monster musical invasion starting with The Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, Clapton, Lukather, AC/DC, Zepp etc etc. I hate to say it but based on guitarist’s age and the golden era of guitar greats (1960-1990’s), we are going to lose a lot of our hero’s relatively soon. Sorry; I am a realistic observationalist at heart.
