Nick texted me and told me “it’s the ultimate amp. The mids of the blue voodoo with the headroom of the gorilla combo”

This brings me wanting to date a Hell razor on the second hand budget market lol

Besides the clanky top end and higher amount of gain which HR exhibits... does the HR gets squealy when gain all maxed out being unusable ?

It’s a great tone . Just has some noise to get though . But the tone is killer . High end modern

Can the clank be dialed in and out depending on your settings?

The talk of the Gain 3 knob controlling the distortion in the lower-mid frequencies makes me think it might have a hand in adjusting the amp on the "clank <--> fullness" scale. Is there anything to that?

Yes clank is only there if you want it . The eq on this amp might be the most powerful on an amp . With the 3 gains and brights and presence the eq is astounding. The interaction between the brights and the gains plus regular eq weird at first but the more you mess with its great .

Agreed, best Wizard clips I've heard so far and total crickets in his thread of all the Wizard naysayers that they haven't heard good clips
His clips are my favorite metal clips . He truly captures the amp. I really going to try clips again . It’s been awhile
