I'm a 3rd-level Windows engineer in a pharmaceutical mulinational. As our 1st and 2nd level jobs have been outsourced, I get to delegate all my shitty jobs to a team of 8 idiots and keep all the good stuff for my self

Same ol', same ol'. The rich get richer and the small to medium guys disappear. Very competitive. The number of jobs I do is constantly shrinking, but the order amount of what remains increases. We constantly are diversifying to add capabilities to provide more products to our national accounts. We finally slowed down a little this winter, up to now for the past 3-4 years we were working big OT and couldn't keep up.
