In our (me and wife) utter disappointment of cheesy MIDI arrangements of lullabies commercially sold on the local market, we (again me and wife) decided to put something in a bit more rock'n'roll version of a local lullaby for our beloved little girl.
Although she is only 5 months old she seems to appreciate the difference as well :)
Nothing serious here, just pure fun ....for the whole family.... Wife insisted on the cover part in the beginning and the end, I was not too keen on it .....but....it is how it is :)

As at the end it is an all Einstein recording - beginning to end :) What a great amp once again :) Gets love even from a baby...

nice!! a rock baby! :D dude, you gave a great idea for when I have my babies... I'll record and play them what I recorded! :D

Here`s a little Rough-Mix of a Solo

Guitar: Fender 60` Classic Player
Amp: VH4 (Cleans: Ch1, Solo: CH3)
Cab: Hughes & Kettner VC 412 A25 tith G12M
Mic: Sennheiser 606 (Position ca. center)

It`s a rough mix... Final mix will follow when the Keys and Vocs are recorded, too ;)

Got to get me a Soundclick account. Till then though, check out https://www.myspace.com/hed2gound and have a go with Blood In (#4). Listen to the VH4 grind. Recorded live with no overdubs. Jeez I love this amp! All recorded straight through the amp, with a flange and delay on the lead bit toward the end. Recorded with a Jim Root Tele in Drop A with a Diezel 4x12 FR (V30's) and Bogner Uber Cab, miced with SM57's  .

rock on Steve! greasy biker rock!! :rawk:

Here`s an other Rough-Mix of a Solo

Guitar: Fender 60` Classic Player
Amp: VH4 (Cleans: Ch1, Solo: CH3)
Cab: Hughes & Kettner VC 412 A25 tith G12M
Mic: Sennheiser 606 (Position ca. center)

I´ve got a Lexicon Lambda so I had to try it :) Here`s what i did:

The Drums were live-recorded on the last Gig. So there are a few overdubs... But the two riff-guitars and the solos are "fresh" recorded. All takes are one-takes. No cutting... So forgive some "untight" strokes

Setup:
Gibson Les Paul Standard over Diezel VH4 with Hughes&Kettner VC 4x12 with Greenbacks
1 x Shure SM57
Lexicon Lambda --> Laptop with Cubase LE

Sounds great, really tight. Funny to hear some vocals bleeding through. :)

My band did a radio gig last saturday and so I brought my Herbert. This is Sunburn, one of our songs.
It is in 128kb so that's kinda bad and the overall mix kinda disappoints me. Anyways I was mixed to the left and the other guitarist (used his Koch Studiotone) was mixed to the right. Feedback was also a bitch because I was ordered to stand really close to the cab (2x V30's in a 4x12) due to space problems. Oh and don't mind the lame 'applause' samples...

I played with my Explorer with a Bareknuckle Warpig in the bridge.

That sounds cool  Where can I hear more? Some myspace or so? Kepp on rocking

Recorded some nice stuff with my Hughes & Kettner Attax 100 and the 60`Fender Stratocaster Classic Player. The Mic was a Shure sm57 and the Interface a Lexicon Lambda. Please tell me what you think about this :)

Finally we got our first full length record ready and got some samples up. Check them out at the following locations:
http://www.bodybag-metal.de/index2.php?where=disco
https://www.myspace.com/bodybagmetal

All guitars are 80% Diezel VH4 Chanel 3, recorded with a new Diezel frontloaded cab, G12K100 miced with a MD421 and SM57 and 20% the same DI Signal reamped with a Krank Rev1 recorded with a Mesa Recto cab and SM57.
The overall sound is absolutely Diezel. The Krank was just added to get some more upper mid bite and aggressiveness.
It is only one recorded guitar track per side on the rhythms. Nothing doubled in terms of played twice.

Guitar was a PRS Tremonti SE with a Duncan Custom on the bridge.

Have fun
