I said everyday life. It is "demonstrated" by GPS in infinitesimally small increments that could be explained by other phenomena.

Dan is referencing the same thing as I did with the twins. If you put an atomic clock on a satellite and one on the surface of the earth they will eventually show different times because one is ageing (experiencing time) differently than the other.

And yes, your body would physically age slower because time is moving slower for you. We're talking a couple of nanoseconds over a lifetime so effects are negligible.
If you were able to move at close to the speed of light, theoretically time would move extremely slow for you.
Let's take this scenario. You get on a spaceship departing from earth and say see you later to your wife & kids. That spaceship makes a round trip traveling at near light speed. Because you're moving so fast the round trip takes only a couple of hours ; you're a couple hours older. When you arrive back at earth you get off the ship and everything is different. What was a couple of hours to you was several decades on earth. Your young kids are now old and have kids & grandkids of their own.

That's not what the bible says. It says it's determined by the sun and moon. Show me a verse that talks about the earth spinning relating to how time is determined. There isn't one that I am aware of.

It's fine if he wants to ask questions, but I'm kinda over him being dense and having to qualify every single thing because he doesn't understand the answers or wants someone else to do the work for him.

The Sun which is in the firmament still does all those things. Seasons are still determined by the Sun due to the Earth’s tilt towards it. Day from night due to rotation of the Earth making the Sun effectively rise and set. Signs is subject to interpretation but the stars, moon and planets fit the bill.

Dude, I just wanted to know how time can slow down. It seems like a theoretical concept to me. I’m not understanding how it’s possible. Clarification maybe, if you have it, but…

Ok we know a day on Pluto is approximately 6.5 earth days. So if a baby goes to Pluto is his life expectancy, all other things being equal, 6 times less ?

That's great but that isn't what the bible says. I says nothing about spinning, about wobbling, about tilting, about an axis. Plenty of scientists deny my bible I wonder how they like when I deny their science!!!! ☦️ ☦️ ☦️

it differs in relation to the observer. This is the best way I have seen it demonstrated

I didn't deny what the Bible said or the truth of what it said. I just interpret it differently.

It’s very confusing to me. And it seems to me that it’s theoretical. Since it doesn’t seem possible to prove that you would age slower if you’re moving at the speed of light. I have a hard time believing that I could leave earth at the speed of light and be gone for say 20 earth years and when I return my body wouldn’t have aged 20 years.
