@Monkey Man are you going to make another stick for all of us other Donnies so we know what's going on?

You know, I'm impressed by how-well the community has followed the directive.

The forum is so-much-better to read and navigate now.

Thank you again, fellow RT'ers! :cheers2:
If your taking suggestions... stickies are a good way to let people know what's going on.

And thank the Power Of GreySkull the back and forth and annoying memes are in the rearview mirror.

Ha, grew up looking at Spam as bottom of the barrel food.
Then started watching cooking show episodes from Hawaii.

They take it serious and find ways to use it in all sorts of dishes.

Looks awesome. Shit's not bad as long as you render off most of the fat.

Rendering the fat causes something called the Maillard reaction.

Cut 'n paste:

The Maillard reaction (/maɪˈjɑːr/ my-YAR; French: [majaʁ]) is a chemical reaction between amino acids and reducing sugars that gives browned food its distinctive flavor. Seared steaks, fried dumplings, cookies and other kinds of biscuits, breads, toasted marshmallows, and many other foods undergo this reaction.
