I don't see any obligation to disclose here how I conduct my financial transactions...

... but anyway, nonetheless I'll tell you:

PayPal via family&friends option so that no feces are stashed

Still some more questions?
Fixed that for 'ya Helmut.

Be sure to check out Larry's WWI memoir:

"All Not Quiet On The Southern Rear"

(When shit hit the fan, Larry was there on the front line, mouth open.)
Don't forget about the follow-up novel..

I see you drive that car on the track.................You may need that cage one day.....and that day almost always comes especially at high speeds. I'm sure you have lost traction and the car goes into four wheel drift while in the apex of a curve. It's not a good feeling that's usually followed by your assend meeting your front end and if you are lucky you don't have a wall to kiss. I used to race SCCA and I've looped the car more than once because I had awesome traction until I didn't.

10K you say........and you knew this up front? That is a Larry situation isn't it.......................

No I didn't spec that package with the car. The package comes with a bunch of things, but the cage is omitted for US customers, which sucks. The new 992 GT3RS has a sick carbon fiber half cage. But again... US customers can't get it.

I have an aftermarket half-cage in mine.

Haha, now you've actually provoked me to a rather childish reaction that would actually fit your personality structure much better. But today it doesn't matter after only 2 hours of sleep.

I've now put all the cash I have at home on a tray.
Consider this a nice favor that I'm doing you, even though you totally don't deserve my effort.
But if you have enough patience you can count it for me because I honestly don't know exactly how much it is.

Yes, and then I had something else in a drawer that I would never get out otherwise, because I consider it an 'iron emergency reserve', so to speak

Then there still would be two bank accounts in balance because I would never draw a checking account into the red.
Then two credit cards, one with 7,500 euros, the other with 12,000 euros overdraft facility, which I refill from the bank account immediately after the claim

There's still plenty available on PayPal too, although the payment to the lawyer has been deducted from that
A safe deposit box in a bank house with ~some~ precious metal in it

About 500 pieces of NOS ECC83, of which about 300 pieces only Tungsram
Then about 400 power tubes, 180 of them NOS RFT EL34 and exactly 76 NOS Mullard EL34, only Xf2
The rest are NOS RCA & GE 6L6's, NOS Genalex GEC KT66's & KT77's, several NOS Bendix Red Bank 5992's, etc. etc.

But yes, as you've already said - I don't have money to hire shit 😆
Oh you my poor, mentally ill ex-customer 🤦‍♂️
Showing the cash yet refusing to pay your debts.
Interesting.

Cages in road going cars are a big no no for safety reasons, why ? Because in an accident they can cause serious injury. USA customers probably don't get the cage for insurance reasons.

Nobody seems to know for sure. Other German cars come with cages. And Porsche claims it's not their decision, blaming it on DOT. But BMW delivers some cars with cages so...

The Dodge Demon sold with a lot of "illegal" parts included separately in a box that the end user could install. No reason Porsche can't include the cage with the car and let the new owner install and therefore release them of any liability.

Here's the new cage in the 992:

Dealership initially refused to replace. I had to battle them back-and-forth for months to get it resolved.
I'd similar problems with Jaguar or rather the Jaguar dealership and it was about the brake pads constantly overheating even though I was just commuting not driving around a race track and never doing a hard stop during that time and when they had to replace the pads the second time within a few weeks I told them that I'm not paying for this and that they should resolve this immediately. Dealership was hesitant at first, it took some back-and-forth but they didn't treat me like shit, didn't tell me to kill myself, didn't doxx me on the internet or posted questionable bs online while constantly lying to my face or bragging about bs. Needless to say that I didn't buy another Jaguar but went back to BMW.

Wouldn't it just be easier and cheaper to send the guy his $20.00 back panel and be done with all this? A lawyer probably won't take your case anyway as the basis for the accusations do appear to be fully founded. You won't answer the initial accusations proffered in the email that takes no interpretation to understand what it says.

Listing this makes you a real special asshole. Probably right where you want to be, all things considered.
