You might go to VineLink and check the jails for Cameron. Otherwise, you may decide he cheapest option is finding him, in person. A good private investigator can track him down, I would bet, for less than $500. If you have thousands of dollars worth of an amp missing and he's supposedly got it, might not be a bad investment.
That or file a small claims court lawsuit, MC likely won't answer or respond to, get the abstract judgment, go to the sheriff's office, have the sheriff get your amp back and pick it up there. But the issue there is finding Mark to get him served. So, the PI still seems like the best option if nobody else can get you in contact with him.

he has gotten away with his crimes so often and on such a regular basis that he could give two shits. And to the guys who say, “mark wants to make everyone whole, he is just struggling right now,” give me a break. What it comes down to is that he is laughing at everyone and gleefully taking their cash with no intention to give it back, mod an amp, or build you a new one unless you are one of the few that seems to actually get your amp from him, which is a miracle in itself. How those chosen few managed to accomplish that, I doubt we will ever know.
I am not going to name names, but I spoke to a guy on here, Cameron called him and said he had a CCM halfway built and he could have it if he wanted to pay for it now so he could finish it. Of course, there was no CCM being built. That’s a straight up act of subterfuge. He called someone with the intent of robbing them. Hate to break it to you guys, but he isn’t a good guy.
