Lots of great suggestions. Keep 'em coming. I think Jeff wants to name it SHM unless we can come up with something better. SL3 does make a lot of sense though. Maybe Egnater should start using "MK" numbers for upgrades like Mesa, or just lose track like Marshall did and just pick a random number out of a bowl (1959) for a 1969 Super Lead 100 for example! Confuse 'em!

The SL2X has a tighter bottom and an upper midrange peak to it, compared to the regular SL2. Almost like an SL2 doing it's best EG5 impression, if that makes any sense.
As good as the SL2X is, it's NOT for everyone. If you prefer darker and smoother, stick with the regular SL2, EG3/4, etc.
