Lol you guys keep saying Drop C.

That's standard tuning these days.

When I say low I am talking drop G specifically,
Standard tuning is E.

Yes if your 45+ and still think EVH has the greatest tone.
No.

I'm 28, I play mostly in drop C, and EVH is not really my thing.

Most players I know play in either E or E flat on a 6 string.

Now look here Sonny, E is in fact STANDARD tuning for the 6 string guitar. No more arguing, that is fact. Get any book out about learning guitar and it will teach you how to tune to universal standard E. That is a fact, quit arguing, and give it up.

What us metal players vary off from standard E tuning is our own choice.

wow really? A week later.

Well your wrong.

I just bought a huge book collection that was written by Paganini himself and F#4 is standard tuning for everyone in every genre.

Paganini?!?!? PAGANINI?!?!?

Well why didn't you say so in the 1st place. If Paganini said it, then by golly that is SCIENTIFIC FACT.

Everybody else shut the hell up, maddnotez has the floor now. Just listen and learn.

Maddnotez...take it away.

Yes, a week later. I'm a big boy and have this thing called a "job" that at times requires extra hours and dedication.

No I'm not. :boxer:
