I have put many different types of grease and oil on the nut, string tree, and saddles and it only improve the tuning stability just a little bit. Any one have similar issue? How do you keep this guitar in tune? I have another Fender custom shop with the vintage tremolo and that guitar stay in tune really good and with minimal effort from me.

The black one has the Malmsteen bite on it which was funny.
