Okay, I'm done with conversing with you on this topic. You're purposely being obtuse.
Ok fine, I’ll cut to the chase then because I have a massive viessman boiler in pieces at moment and the instructions are in German.

I don’t think anyone opposes men dressing as women. I think they make assumptions that they are gay, or just trying to get near children, and THAT is why they are opposed to it. It has nothing to do with the dress up. Kids understand dress up.

I’m not being obtuse. I’m just not leaning in to your leading questions

They aren’t trying to fool anyone, or themselves that they are actually women.

Adults also have separate bathrooms then the students
So you'd be ok with them using an adult ladies room if they identified as a woman?

Hypothetically, yes. I think that is straying from the topic of Drag, but on a personal level yes I’d be ok with that.

On a professional level, I can say gender neutral bathrooms are going to be everywhere pretty soon, at least in new construction, so we should probably start getting used to the idea

I think the issue is more complex than it’s being made out here. Most drag queens are dressed VERY provocatively, and that should be an issue if they’re around kids. Would you want a stripper in a tight dress and fuck me pumps reading to your kids with their tits hanging out of a push up bra and the dress two sizes too small ? Heavy overdone makeup ? Come on… if they were dressed like an old librarian it would be way less controversial. That’s not a drag Queen. Stop pretending it’s the same. It’s not. For the record, I’m cool with people doing what they want in their own homes, if you want to dress in drag out in public that’s cool too, but I don’t think kids should be around it. Not because I think they’re pedophiles, but why ignite questions about gender and sexuality in young kids ? Let them develop on their own. Don’t push them into choices they’re not ready or even able ti make.

Pathways of destruction. At some point the debauchery will hit a level you find distasteful or inappropriate then perhaps you'll realize society became to permissive. Respectfully.

They will be done respectfully though. They will be set up more akin to dressing rooms than what are used to with common bathrooms. They may share a hallway but each “stall” will be a toilet/sink/mirror etc so the privacy will be similar to a single bathroom. It’s pretty neat stuff.

So, it's being done to cater to a tiny minority. They may be respectfully laid out but the entire push behind the idea=pathway to destruction.

I agree with a lot of that, but from what I have seen, for the sake of staying on topic to exclusively “drag story hour”, their outfits do not seem to be provocative or akin to what they would wear to perform. It’s more like dressing up as characters from the stories they are reading.

I dont think if a woman or a teacher wore these outfits to read to a class, anyone would bat an eye

It’s actually far more efficient and makes more sense in terms of engineering and maintenance too

This is a good bit of the point I was trying to make with Aynirar; especially your last part of letting kids develop on their own and not pushing them into choices they're not ready for. But he just doesn't seem to be able to see past his own viewpoint to grasp that concept.

My viewpoint is based on my own discussions with my own kids about the topic. I’m ok with that

I can’t believe idiots are allowing this…or people defending it…creepy as fuck.

I think it’s easy to defend, but I also see why people would find it creepy.
I just think the “creep” factor is largely for adults, and that the kids do not leave the activity creeped out or confused, or at least not the way adults would.
My youngest is terrified of my grandmother because of her makeup. Has nothing to do with gender confusion

...It's like the "vaccines" — would not be half as controversial if they weren't trying to shove this shit down everyone's throats. That's the real issue here, for me anyways. 🤷‍♂️
Has there been that many instances of drag story hour? I’m not disagreeing with you, I just had no idea that it was so prevalent or mandatory.

Bad or good if they tried that here….OMG….at the very least the place sponsoring the event would be burned down.

Yeah, haven't you noticed the hubbub? And I'm leery because I believe it is intentional and engineered. As for the merits of the "Movement," I think it's a mixed bag, honestly. I acknowledge some positive aspects that I fully support. I think it should come to this: if you want to take your kids, fine, but don't start trying to take other people kids as well, or start judging their parents if they don't want them to go. And do it in a private venue, not library or school.

Yeah, no provocative outfits or anything overtly sexual at these story hour events...

Just a bunch of very well-rounded, mentally healthy people I'd like my children to be exposed to
