I wouldn't actually lump you in with the group I described — at least you're open to debate. But you're making a judgement about drag/bdsm that is totally subjective, unless you want to clarify your rationale. I'm happy to do the same with any posts you think are "volatile" or illogical.

Here is my rationale, drag story hour is happening and I have not heard a single real life account of anything perverse or overtly sexual actually happening.
That tells me that it can be done respectfullyz
It also appears their outfits, or more appropriately costumes, match the stories they are telling.
If you find me a kids story that is enhanced by black latex, I may very well change my mind.

I stipulate that absolutely nothing overtly sexual happens with the latex gal. Again, she is entirely covered. Take the mask off if that's too much for you. I was not at all aware that the drag costumes had anything to do with the stories they were reading. I'd be interested to know what books they are actually reading if that's really the case! Regardless, it sounds like the latex is still a little offensive to your sensibilities, for whatever reason. Can you not understand that other people feel that way about drag? Say the cultural hegemons of our day decided to go with it. Would you be bothered?

Can't remember it. How about the 60's version, same thing right? I think the whole idea the drag matches the story is made up anyways. Maybe I'm giving @Aynirar27 too much credit.
