It's everything the 18 is but bigger, bolder, tighter and more low end
You can pick both of them up relatively cheap, too

I think the MkII is a better choice because of the additional variable boost switch (original version doesn't have this)In all seriousness, is their a need to get a non reverb like with the 18? And is a markii important?
You got some cool amps, manI think the MkII is a better choice because of the additional variable boost switch (original version doesn't have this)
Personally I don't think the reverb is important unless you use it lots, otherwise there's a shit ton of good reverb pedals out there you can get (ie Keeley Caverns delay / verb in one pedal) If I bought an 18 today I would prob get a MKII non reverb
Got the bases covered for sure, lots of trial and error though. Really though right now its the Wizard MC25 (main gig rig), Suhr PT15 backup, and the 3rd Power Wooly Coats & Clean Sink combos. I've always loved the lower power amps, just good tones in there. You got some cool amps, man
Check out the twin sister also . If you want clean you got it but it can go full blown rock and roll also with a pedal.I am very interested in dirty shirley and have been flirting with it all morning
