In all seriousness, is there a need to get a non reverb like with the 18? And is a markii important?

I think the MkII is a better choice because of the additional variable boost switch (original version doesn't have this)

Personally I don't think the reverb is important unless you use it lots, otherwise there's a shit ton of good reverb pedals out there you can get (ie Keeley Caverns delay / verb in one pedal) If I bought an 18 today I would prob get a MKII non reverb

You got some cool amps, man

Got the bases covered for sure, lots of trial and error though. Really though right now its the Wizard MC25 (main gig rig), Suhr PT15 backup, and the 3rd Power Wooly Coats & Clean Sink combos. I've always loved the lower power amps, just good tones in there.

Last one I'll throw out to further murky the waters is one my favorites I've ever had - the Swart Atomic Space Tone.

Killer demo from Sam Vilo right here -

I decided to try lower gain with my 3rd power kitchen sink and now know what my guitars actually sound like !! lol!!
The Kitchen Sink is a badass... one of those or a Citizen Gain CSR 40 is in my future

I just listed this Wooly Coats MKII Spanky that should cover most low watt dreams:

I have recently been bullied by a youtuber, and possibly this is just reeling from that. But i am thinking of grabbing a fender twin neo, and making it a pedal platform.

Cool thing about fender.

They also include a nice shirt for you guys who are "transitioning" I believe they call it 🤭

Goodluck with the healing from having your entire ballsack surgically removed my friend. Much respect. Many thank. 🤝

FTR, I practice low gain every time I pick up a guitar. I'm always rolled back when I'm wanking..

This thread is Low T for RT
Nah. One mention of Hiwatt had already inspired instant arousal. I used to run a stereo Dual Rec set up with another slaved head, and my Hiwatt and Reeves Custom 100's both have way more balls clean or filthy dirty when paired with fuzz, good distortion pedals, or a high gain preamp.

Sacrilege!!! I demand you immediately retract this title and revoke your membership on the spot! Low gain! Bro! Immediately resign from rigtalk and go
To your new home, the gear page. Get a carr and nobles od pedal and a custom shop strat and be on your way!!

This is an outrage!! Either regain your composure and come to your senses or go to the gear page!

Once again, I must stress, that this is the most egregious post ever on rigtalk!

This is an outrage!!!
