Hi...Thanks...yea, that's me....The guitar was going through the Tourmaster on channel 2 through a Germino 2/12 open back with Scumback M55's...that's what I use live...the recording was at rehearsal..studio recording is coming soon.....

with the Tube Mix and boost function on the Renegade, especially if you slap a couple of pedals in front, you really can get close to equivalent flexibility out of the Renegade, and you'll save your back in the process.

So what pedals would give you the sound of the TM using the Renegade?

It would be nice to get the high gain sound that channel 4 gives you in the TM with the Renegade.

Has anyone tried that before? Tried getting the same tones in the Renegade that you can with the TM?

Get the E2 preamp when it comes out, and be done with it!!

Once you get that, get the EG34 module and the EG5, and you'll be set. You'll have clean tones from the Renegade clean channel that are similar to the BMAN, a dirty channel similar to the SL2, and the warm tones of Ch3/4 of the TM with the EG34, and some modern hard rock tones w/ the EG5. Add a COD in there for your dumble / mark I mid-rangey tones...

You'd be set!
