Hi Bag Man,

Welcome to America. The way it works here is that there's two sides to a case.
In order to resolve the issue both sides get to agree upon a jury of 12 normal folks.

Then both sides present their cases, and rebuttals to the jury.

Jury then makes a decision. Sometimes it's really hard and can take days and days.
Sometimes it's obvious who is being truthful and who is lying.

This jury took 3 hours. And a lot of that was formalities.

You don't like the system here? Move to Turkey.
