Here's a real time piece (or at least a mint RR for yous guys)

Closet Case Queen.

White with black pinstripes. All corners are mint. No chips or dings
Paint shines like new.
Ebony fretboard. ZERO FRET WARE

Hard to get it in the right light to show off how the Shark tooth/ Fin markers and Jackson name on head stock have great pearl/rainbowing to them.

''Brand new'' Jackson case.
I have the original which is pretty much mint.
That thing is as big as a Piano case and not included (unless you want it and add to price and shipping.)

Picture time.....

Dang. Not gonna lie, after playing a soloist the past couple weeks, and selling a couple guitars, this is alluring.

I have played this guitar, which I cannot believe you're selling. Amazing machine. Price is crazy, check out Reverb if you want one for 2x+ this price. Not a V guy or this would be in my belly.

You know me.

(I needs me another Bogner XTC)

I just forwarded this to a friend who loves these. He may jump on it.

👀 Damn I want this! Helluva price too. Nice one. Thanks John for showing us good deals are still out there.

Unkle John is an excellent seller (purchased from him several times now) and this guitar looks killer!!

GLWTS!!

Thanks brother,
Sold the Jackson and the guy is pointing out issues of a crack in the ebony fret board.
Thinks he wants his money back, Goes as far as a dispute with PayPal.
Innogator is the members name on here.

Claims I misrepresented the condition.

Everyone on here knows I dont play that game.

Sounds like UPS did the Gorilla dance on the box.

Unfortunately I have to post a follow up here. @John4021 shipped this guitar in a damaged state and refuses to take any accountability for it. The title and description here led me to believe this guitar would be "DEAD MINT". It is a beautiful guitar and overall excellent condition, however, it arrived with a handful of flaws that should have been disclosed:
  • "All corners are mint. No chips or dings" - One corner is clearly chipped which can be seen in my picture. When comparing it to the listing photo, it's really blurry, but you can see the damage existed if you know it's there. Relatively minor issue but were explicitly stated as mint.
  • "ZERO FRET WEAR" - Another minor issue I'd typically be ok to overlook but it's stated explicitly and several frets have noticable wear.
  • Ebony fretboard crack - this is the biggest problem and the one I would not be willing to overlook. The fretboard is clearly cracked from the 5th fret all the way to the end of the fretboard at the 22nd fret and it can be felt with the fretting hand. On top of that, there's evidence of an attempted fix with glue at some point. It's not unheard of for ebony to crack but this one seems severe and a proper repair would likely require removing frets and be quite costly. This crack existed before shipping - the picture of the original guitar facing downward can be zoomed in, I assumed it to be a streak in the ebony but now see it is an existing crack, which was denied.
  • Smoke smells emanate from the case and guitar. I wouldn't consider this physical damage and isn't a huge concern but I do appreciate when it's disclosed when gear is exposed to smoke or vaping as it is noticeable to me and anyone coming into my studio.

I realize @John4021 has been on these forums for a while and has a good reputation, which led me to believe this would be an honest deal. I am newer to this forum, but not to music gear as I have flawless reputation on several other sites over years of trading, and I've never had someone deny accountability of any issues like this. Upon reaching out to John, he denied knowing any damage existed so therefore it was not his problem and that I shouldn't care about some damage because I "scored a great deal". Not knowing of the damage could be plausible, but then he refused to work with me to rectify the situation at all. It is the seller's responsibility to get the gear to the buyer in the condition described. Unfortunately, @John4021 has not conducted this deal with integrity and trying to call me out for speaking up about receiving a damaged guitar is further evidence of that.

Now I hear he( innogator) is saying the crack goes to the 5th fret. THIS IS NOT what he described to me.
I would have worked to get this guy an insurance claim but he thinks I am taking back the guitar and refunding his money
is insane when I know damn well the fretboard wasnt cracked.

I can share chats if you'd like where I recommended a shipping insurance claim and you said it was too much of a hassle. You refused to work with me at all on this and you chose to escalate it publicly. I'm just asking you to do the right thing here. If you have a viable solution in mind please reach out to me as I'm willing to work with you, but all of my suggestions were shot down and you told me "DONE DEAL".

Also, please share where I said anything other than spreading to the 5th fret. I just reviewed my initial description to you and that's exactly what it said. Again, I don't want this to turn into a mud slinging contest, I want your end of the deal to be upheld.

Trust me. The crack he described was not there when it shipped
For arguments sake, let's say the damage wasn't there when shipped. But the guitar was still received damaged. How should that issue be resolved?

Because I proposed a UPS claim or a return and both of those ideas were shot down in our chat. So am I to assume that I should just shut up and accept it? Would you accept a guitar you received damaged from someone?
