I never thought I'd live to see a Limp Bizkit appreciation thread on rig talk

I think this is more Wes Borland appreciation than LB. Wes Borland always has incredible tone and tone is hella-celebrated around these parts so he deserves a nod.

Can anyone imagine what Limp Bizkit albums would be like with say early Incubus era Brandon singing? I HATE Fred Durst, he's useless and yet LB's guitar/bass/drums are just incredible to the max. Wes Borland always has monster tone and has what seems like a doctorate in effects pedals/units. His costumes are hilarious/evil. Nothing but respect for LB apart from Fred Durst.
This would be a cool collaboration...dude's got some great vocals.

His singing has really taken a turn though over the years, as Incubus became lighter, his voice obviously followed suit. Even when he sings stuff from the first two records live, he takes them way down. I'm talking first two Incubus albums Brandon. Hearing that voice with the guys in LB would be fantastic.

I actually agree with most of what you have said, it's just not a thread I would expect to see here. Maybe I'm being proven wrong ;)
