Are those Billy bookcases from Ikea? I really gotta get me some of those.
Yep - Ikea Billy Bookcases. They can hold 30kg / shelf, which amazed me and they’re a great size for heads. The taller bookcase is slightly deeper than the small one - I wanted the extra footprint for stability and I also added the back panel for rigidity. I had to cut holes in it for cables and airflow, but it was a quick job. The smaller one seems fine without, but I'll probably add the back panel when I get some time.

Talk to me about that Rev G--- C!

Not sure if @Beyond Black replied but he would be a better judge than I.
I just had this mod done to mine. I love it actually more now than ever. More clarity in the lows for sure. No boost needed.
I've read mixed reviews though. Some say, don't fuck with it, takes away some of that G sizzle.
I feel I have all the sizzle I need but with a tighter low end. Just how I like 'em.

I also preferred my G modded to C. I don’t see the downside to it. It tightened it up, made the lows more usable and the mids slightly less scooped. There’s still plenty of high end sizzle available imo with the presence and treble.
I guess it’s subjective but I preferred it with the mod. My buddy just had a G Triple C modded and much prefers it now.
Even C modded It’s still a lower mid voiced amp with a ton of available low end.
