They're like Braciole sliders.

Will never put in that much work for such a small portion ever again.
Found out later you can freeze them in Tupperware and they nuke great.
So stupid.

Good lord that pizza looks awesome 👏
I only made pizza once. Turned out good. Did not look like that!

Baking steel is the way to go in a home oven. I use 2 of these https://www.nerdchef.co I place them about 6 inches apart in the oven, which creates a similar environment to the pizza as the deck ovens pizzerias use. High heat and give it an hour or so to warm up.

If you want any specific tips PM me. I've been working on pizza at home for years since I'm not exactly in an area with tons of great options.

Nice and simple. Chicken thighs and drums marinated in light olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and an applewood rub. Air fryer sweet potatoes and broccoli.

I made another pizza last night - getting reasonably good at it, too. I did this one in the oven (baking steels might be nice - you don't necessarily need them...) but I've also been making them on the Napoleon grill. It was similar to the one I posted on the thread before it was nuked. Cornmeal dusted thin crust topped with mozzarella, olive oil, sauce, seasonings, Genoa salami, Black Forest ham, Pepperoni and Pepperoncini pepper rings. I didn't take a picture, so imagine a really tasty pizza <right_here>...

Comin back for these. Growth is gettin thick and it will only get better!

Smoking up some dry rubbed wings!

Mix of Applewood and hickory wood , smoked around 200 for about 3.5 hours.

2 different dry rubs , one is coffee and brown sugar based ,.the other is cayenne , paprika ,Salt pepper, oregano, garlic and onion powder , couple other tricks ...

Also some Alabama white sauce and steamed cauliflower and broccoli!

Rocking !
