worst bands ever

-mumble rap
-stripper rap (Females trying to be "Hard" on the mic)
-drake
-lil wayne
-kendrick lamar
-gwen stephani solo material
-adderall metal (overly complex djent)
-Nash-pop (trite, drawled up, cliche filled, redundant ass, ballads by stocky guys in cowboy hats)
-frank sinatra

I agree with all of these. The Ramones are the most overrated garbage ever.
 
I'm one of those people who tries to learn something from every artist that i listen to. I don't really have an artist that comes to mind that i can't listen to.

In fourth grade my buddy and I would argue which was better, KISS Animalize or Prince Purple Rain.
Couldnt bring up 1984 because that ruled all!

Kiss sucks. The first album was decent cause it sounded like Ace, everything was a downhill run after that. Bands that wear makeup and costumes and stuff suck. Let's face it, that stuff was designed to appeal to 12 year old pre-pubescent He-Man and the Masters of the Universe enjoyers. THEY SUCK. Gene is a sausage and Paul is gay. Ace is still cool. Eric Carr was cool. Which brings me to my next suck ass metal band, Slipknot.

Prince sucks too. I can't dig the oversexualized black mini me with the ugly ass guitar. His club 1st Ave in Minneapolis sucked right along with him. I went to that dump a few times when I lived there. Yuck.

Counting Crows is another band that sucks. Oasis sucks. The Verve sucks.The spin doctors suck. Jakob Dylan sucks. Fleetwood Mac sucks.

Gimme a few more pages and I'll finish crapping on any bands I might've forgotten. Don't take this the wrong way but rock music pretty much sucks. :LOL:

I kid I kid. I know you hate all of my favorite bands which in addition to 311, includes Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, Megadeth (early), Metallica (early), Kansas, Boston, Ratt, KISS, Motley Crue, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Tool, Saliva, Slipknot, on and on an on

But you have 36+ posts telling us how much you hate most of what we like. Someone asked you who your favs are. Give it up.

clearly the worst bands ever are bands I don't like.

most of the '90s grunge music I basically ignored. I quit a band because they wanted to cover Smells Like Teen Spirit.

Top of that list has to be Pearl Jam; never liked Nirvana, or Alice in Chains...who opened for the first Clash of the Titans tour (Megadeth with MF, Slayer, Anthrax + Public Enemy)...AIC was practically booed off the stage, I recall the singer jumped into the crowd to fight someone...this was outdoors in CT in the early 90s, and Man in the Box was playing everywhere.

I can see how that would happen to AIC at a show like that at that time. They had balls to even get on stage. I'm sure they knew it was going to be contentious. Man, the 90's was a crazy time for music.

One thing is for sure, it was better than the following decades and now it mostly sucks so there's that. :dunno:

IDK about better; I went from classic rock, punk / new wave in the late '70s, to metal (Sabbath, Whitesnake, Crue, Priest, Maiden), to hair/thrash in the '80s...by the time the '90s I was ending my thrash and into death/black metal. never missed, nor was I part of the grunge scene

In what genre? I don't hate all the bands on your list there, but I hate most of them. I really like Megadeth, AIC, STP, and Boston. Boston is awesome. And Pantera and Death rule. McTallica can suck a bug.

I hate 311 and I hate tool a lot, but tool is Pink Floyd level depressing so it's worse. Motley Crue is only cool at all cause Mick Mars exists and exudes more coolness than the other members combined and he's done so there's that. Vince looks like a hair metal beach ball with legs and can't sing his way out a paper bag anymore and is annoying so it's the DLR effect for me. Top Jimmy, GTHOOH that dude sounds like a hooker shrieking on the streets trying to turn a trick and pretty much looked like a hooker in his glory days..:LOL:

So in a rig-talk metal summary, most metal music before Pantera sucks, and all metal music after Pantera sucks. Pantera sucked when it was shrieking bitch voice. I've already said that Paul Di'Anno era Maiden rules too but dudes here love that shrieking bitch voice so they get active with me with their Dickinson love. I don't dig that King Diamond yuck neither. For me if it's shrieking bitch voice then give me teh Steelheart ballad and my woman..
