I’m just curious if you think plugins of actual gear is different than modeling amps.

Eqs, compressors, limiters? Is it all outboard for you?

I run my amps into a home-made reactive load/line out.. then into my audio interface, and into my DAW.

I use speaker/mic IR's exclusively for about the past 9 ~10 months.

As far as harmonizers, EQs, compressors, limiters, tape emulation, I use VSTs exclusively.

I’m not sure what “evidence” you think you’ve provided, aside from your talk of future eclipses that we, right now, know when and where will happen.
It’s clear that we understand the orbits of many many planets and moons. We understand the relationship between mass and gravity and how they affect an orbit.

That same relationship is used to discover things before they can be seen, often times confirmed by actually “seeing” it through a transit.

But this is all pointless if you aren’t going to accept that we have this knowledge

I’m just interested in where people “draw the line” with emulation.

I provided evidence that ancient civilizations whom held different views of the solar system could still predict eclipses. This demonstrates that, as I stated, the "Story" about the nature of the solar system doesn't matter, and doesn't prove one or another correct. But it seems you're evading my question. Again, what is the math and how does it conclusively prove that the solar system exists as you state? Feel free to provide a link if you don't want to explain it yourself. Just don't say, "I dunno man, we've been over this so many times, and I don't have time for your trolling bullshit, I can't even talk to someone who doesn't accept this knowledge," or something like that.

I use passive pickups into tube pre-amps and tube power amps.

Modeling amps are for losers and fudge-packers.

But as I said, we can see all the things in our solar system that we can accurately calculate as well. We can literally look at them.
