What are your guys favorite reverb and delay pedals, and what are you currently using?

Hard to beat an H90, or if you want cheaper the H9. Can do world class delay or verb in the H9, or both on the H90. And to be picky, the H9 has some algorithms that can do both delay and verb at the same time too.

    The best deal

I snagged a Mesa OS 4x12 and a Friedman Smallbox for 2k locally last year. Ended up selling the SB for 2k so I basically got a free Mesa 4x12

Any Fryette PS2a users here? what's new in latest?

The upgrade from 2 to 2A is an adjustable line out in the place of the low pass.

    Killer deal on reverb

Guessing somebody just got an H90. The value on the H9's has cratered since that release

What can yall tell me about Bogner 3534s?

It holds together well. I believe Reinhold has said it's 40 something pushing 50 watts in reality before. It's a 2x EL-34 amp...

What can yall tell me about Bogner 3534s?

damn good amp, more gain than a 101B as said above. The blue channel is pretty true to the bigger ecstasy. The red channel may actually be better for certain things. The clean channel is really good, as is the ecstasys. I had a 3534 and sold it for an 101B (i owned one previously and had a very...

    Uberschall reliability question?

Solid. We'll constructed with quality components

What is the best guitar amp you have ever played?

Bogner goldfinger superlead. Uncompromising cleans on 1 channel, and a highly tailorable Bogner influenced marshall sound on the other. Configurable boost for each channel. Really is a no compromise channel switcher. I own an early 2000s 101B as well, the Goldfinger beats it I'm afraid to say.

Bogner Uberschall Original (serial #84) Tone Test

I actually prefer the XTC 20th to the prior iterations, but yeah the point is well taken

Bogner Phone not working along with Website down.

I wouldn't want it any other way. Whatever makes him an eccentric cat probably makes him a genius amp designer

    Glorious New Amp Day

I've never played a Helios, but the mv taper is fine for home volume. At super low volumes it gets thin, but that's when it's at conversation level. The 60s mode loves single coils in my experience, and I've got a suhr modern that sounds nice and thick. The gain EQ control lets you shape the...

    Glorious New Amp Day

it stays together pretty well when boosted. One of the cool things is there is an independent level and gain control for the boost on the dirty channel, and a fat/tight switch. I have the gain set about a third of the way and the switch to "tight". There's really a lot of control.

    Glorious New Amp Day

The superlead is the 45 watt. No experience with the 90w. I really like the way the 6v6's act in this power amp. Still plenty of punch, just not quite as tight in the low end when you wind up the gain as a 100w. The clean channel feel/sound with those tubes more than makes up for any downside to...

    Glorious New Amp Day

Picked up my 2nd Bogner amp this weekend (1st was a 101B). This Goldfinger Super Lead feels amazing and sounds great. Seriously the best clean channel I've ever played. I wish it had a bit more grit when pushed hard, but a pedal can do that. It's got a real nice snap under my fingers when I dig...
