Does the Dimension C live up to the hype ??? The circuit is kind of unique ... it has two sets of BBD chips that that run the inverted and non inverted signals separately .... the CE-2 has the one set ..... and trades the signals back and forth ( thats the " warble " effect )Here is what I own. The MXR stereo chorus is my favorite by a lot. Next I prefer the DC-2. Obviously the CE-2 is great. The VFE has so many options and does a flanging chorus as well.

Yeah, it is a cool pedal. Settings 1 and 2 sound good with gain. Playing clean I like setting 3 and 4. I honestly think the Waza version is great too since the signal is cleaner and you have the added switch.Does the Dimension C live up to the hype ??? I've never played one ...... and there's a few decent schematics kicking around ....
You have zero pedals?
How many amps?

I have to do some research .... it's a BIG circuit ..... I think I would have to stack boards for it ...... unless I do a SMD version ...If you make a Dimension C, I'm in. Been wanting one forever and just haven't gotten around to it.

Yes in my opinion. Listen to Flesh for Fantasy by Billy Idol, that's a Dimension D, C is the pedal version. I had a Dimension D when you could buy those things stupid cheap, same with the original Dimension C - sound alike. I sold my Dimension C right as prices were going up years back and netted a couple hundred bucks, then obviously regretted selling it.Does the Dimension C live up to the hype ??? Dimension D .... isn't that the rack unit Behringer cloned ??Yes in my opinion. Listen to Flesh for Fantasy by Billy Idol, that's a Dimension D, C is the pedal version. I had purchased the Dimension D from a studio for like $50 bucks decades ago, didn't even have a rack at the time lol. Funny story, I had like a rocktron rack chorus unit, the Dimension D and a rack eq under my bed at my parents, they sold them in a yard sale when I was in college decades ago. They thought I didn't want them lol. Crazy. I still give my Mom grief about that lol.
Yes I believe so.Dimension D .... isn't that the rack unit Behringer cloned ??
almost pulled the trigger on one a couple of years ago .... now all my rack stuff is goneYes I believe so.
Same. I still have found memories of my rack gear, my back doesn't though lol.almost pulled the trigger on one a couple of years ago .... now all my rack stuff is gone
yeah ..... getting older just makes moving rack gear even less appealing ...Same. I still have found memories of my rack gear, my back doesn't though lol.
The Dimension is a really cool Chorus. Instant 80s clean tone. A bit strong with gain and would benefit from a mix knob. Better in stereo.I have to do some research .... it's a BIG circuit ..... I think I would have to stack boards for it ...... unless I do a SMD version ...
what's digital ?And yeah it's digital......
But the MD200 or MD500 by Boss are no joke and as good as digital or better..... totally suggest one if you already have an analog chorus to just have everything, stack and have more options and fun.
Very lush, very supple, very organic and very liquid ^_^
what's digital ?
thanks for the heads up .......Wayne, you're about to open pandora's box with him.![]()
