A safe bet is the Carbon Copy. If someone is asking my recommendation that's usually my go to. It just sounds good and isn't too much of anything. It's basically my baseline delay.
EQD Dispatch Master is a reverb/delay that sounds damn good also Keely Caverns. If you want a little reverb those two work great

For digital... Nocturne Mystery Brain. The booster alone is worth the price. My favorite is the T Rex Replicator Jr.
