I apologize and wish I didn't post what I did..in fact it's gone now.
None of this is anyone's fault, just the way it is.
I'll try to be more patient...sorry again.
I'll go kick my own ass now for being a dick.

Ain't a damn thing wrong with voicing "legitimate" concerns and frustrations...A "Dick??" Not by any stretch of the imagination. You spoke well.....No worry's

Rokker, your no dick, your one of the best guys on RT, no worries. I know its frustrating, for me too. Not too much longer and we can start shipping.

Your feelings are justified 100%. Don't feel bad about your post. There are others who have paid more than you for a cab as well. It hasn't been an easy road for anyone I am sure. Brad admitted biting off more than he could chew and has adjusted and learned from it. I know some of the hurdles he had to face. Mark C being one of them. Thats what ultimately caused the line to fail with Chris. I know you never doubted Brad screwing anyone over on money. He never ever would. I know that had nothing at all to do with your anxiety. As I posted, updates would help all, even if there was nothing new. It does look like the amps will be done soon.
Noone faults you and I am sure there are others you spoke for without knowing it.

I know this has been very hard on some people. Just remember you going to have a kick ass amp in the end. You have the best guy's working on it that will not screw you. Remember this is also a pre-order. This kind of stuff is going to happen and nothing happens as fast as you think it is going to. On top of trying to find vendors that will work with you, quality ones are very hard to find while doing the work quickly.
So I'm sorry if guy's are starting to get frustrated. Hang in there, there is going to be some big shit rolling soon. Can't wait to get mine and rock the shit out of it

Hey Guys,

I need to put a stop to all of this buying and selling of peoples places in the CCV pre-order line as I can not keep up with whos in, whos out etc...

Also if you were a Pre Brad & Rob Cameron CCV order guy who we are trying to make good once we sell enough amps to cover for the old companies non delivery that had nothing to do with us YOU CAN NOT sell those places period.

Our offer is just to the guys who paid and did not get their amps. If you trade for or buy one of those pre Brad amps you are going to be out of luck.

Bottom line is when you sell off a spot to a guy thats one less amp we will sell. I have had several clients email all about the amps, say they want one and will buy a new one and then renig so they could buy a spot in line. Obviously thats not good for business.

I see the point, but isn't it actually, same amount of amps, just not the same amount of pre-orders/people who still want/people who want to wait for the amps? Once they start shipping people will be less likely to want to line-cut. That's not bad/good business per say, it's just the nature of business. It'll all get better.

Hmmmm? I'm confused. On 7/19 the boards were to arrive soon to be stuffed immediately and chassis were to come in soon after. Now it seems a few weeks later the boards are still being stuffed. Everything seems to be moving very very slow and I can't tell if an amp is coming in august or October?

As far as the comments about needing to know are concerned I do need to know what's going on here. $3585 of my hard earned money is sunk in this amp and I need to know where things stand to decide if I am sticking with it or not which is my prerogative.

I have waited about as long as I can and need to evaluate my options here. I see at least one other who is selling their spot was denied a refund. Paypal will not be thrilled to hear customers do not have amps after 16 weeks for an 8-10 week expected timeframe. I will also say the famous 45 day rule to file a dispute does not apply here since items have not been delivered. I ran all this by paypal and they said it is not good when buyers have paid but have not received anything. They tend to side with buyers who have paid but do not have anything. Since the CCV is offered to anyone via the website it is not considered a custom item either.

I don't want to go there but am not sure what to do. I am not wanting to cause trouble and am not blaming anyone. Just saying this indefinite waiting is not working for me and I would not have entered this deal if I thought it would take 5,6,7 months. Sorry but I really have tried to be patient here. Not sure I can much longer. Maybe I will sell my spot to metalmaniac93 if he is interested or just list it if refunds are not offered as i don't want trouble...just an amp.

I say hang in there man! The CCV is such a killer amp! Totally worth the wait! I'm sure Brad wouldn't have stepped in to make this happen if he didn't think it were truly possible and it definitely seems like the end is in sight for the first batch. If you bail now you'll be stuck wondering what if... and if you hold on a bit longer, you'll either end up with a killer amp or if you don't dig it, I'm sure you won't have trouble flipping it to the next guy in line for what you have into it! Just my .02
Once production starts, I'd say the days of buying new and "flipping for what you have in it" are over. Why would someone forfeit the lifetime warranty to save a few week build time?

Oh I definitely agree to some extent, although even after the first batch is shipped I assume there's going to be more clips and reviews to hit the forums which will probably stir up interest once again, which at that point if any 1st batch buyers decide to flip, it would give somebody the option of grabbing it with a zero wait period. At that point it obviously just depends on what's more important to a buyer, instant gratification or waiting for a new one to take advantage of the warranty.

This could happen. Another consideration is that Brad and Rob may be undecided at this point whether they will continue with the line. There are three hands that need to be fed with some profit in light of their efforts and work. If the profits do not outweigh the aggravation and effort, they will not continue. This is greatly hinged on the amount of interest as well. They cannot cost effectively order just one chassis or board to fill an order. If this scenario occurs the opposite will happen. It will be back up to 4K plus on the used market and the guys who got in will be very happy they hung in there. Another possibility is the amps will go to 4k plus as Brad and Rob will only sell to dealers as the dealers would then advertise and create allot of interest. All of this is not certain yet.

We appreciate the updates Brad and Rob!
Sounds like we are getting there slowly but surely.

Mark was given carte blance to choose the parts. So far I see high quality red coloured Wima MKP 10's on the board. There are guys on the first run that took a chance and sold their "Good" older CCV's for the new. What will happen if they post up that the new CCV is better than the old?

Hey Guys,

Nobody wants these on the street more than me. We are in the home stretch now. I came off the bench to climb this mountain not really knowing what I was getting myself into but thinking "how hard could it be"? Well it is hard. ;)

There has been hurdles and road blocks to getting this launched. Remember Mark couldn't get it done in the last 8 years even with a deep pocket investor Chris Schmidt in the past. I have been at it for about 6 months and we are close to having them ready. I realize the nature of the beast with gear is "I want it now" I dont blame ya, I was same way when I was buying tons of stuff in the past. In retrospect I should of took the dumble/Ken Lawrence tact with these and totally under promised when we could have them ready. Lesson learned for any future amps if I even bother to launch the CCM and Other Cameron gear after the CCV.

Bottom line is you wont get F*&cked, you will get one of the best amps in the world and we are doing everything in the world to get them on the UPS truck. Rokker, you know me and we have done lots of stuff together. you will never get screwed over. I am sorry you sold off every amp waiting for the CCV, I would of told you not to do that with any new launch. in the end you will lov your new CCV once your rocking it and the pain of the wait will be behind ya.

Brad is absolutely right. What everyone has to understand is that we could have just put out the original ccv as it was in 3 months. And maybe this was a mistake, but Brad and I wanted to add options that we would want on the CCV. So we added Midi, a line out and a Metro loop. Also, we had to change the main board to fix issues from the original design and also make it compatible with the new board. In the world of amp design, these are huge undertakings. And after all thats figured out, we have to teach the manufacturing company how to make the amp, which isnt as easy as u would think it would. Then you order all the parts, chassis, transformers, head shells etc to build 25 amps. And then u get hit with the reality that chassis are going to be at least 6 weeks, head shells and cabs at least 4 weeks.

Also theres other hurdles, brother Brad is on the east coast and has spent at least a month away from his family to help me with this project. But, theres nothing he can help me with other than sales when hes across the country. I run Tone Merchants, Friedman Amplification, Rack Systems, Cameron Amplification and starting up Luxxtone guitars. So, my hands are full and especially when I have guys screaming at me for axe 2s all day. ;)

So in 8 months, we have made huge changes to the original design and added killer features. We have designed and built a web site for Cameron Amplification and the fist run of amps are being built as we I write this. Other amp companies, have announced amps that everyone has wanted and two and 3 years later, they still arent out. Like Brad said, Mark has been at this for 8 years with at one time an open check book and couldnt get it done. We will have a better sounding, more efficient/reliable and more feature laden amp out in 8 months.

ok im done with my vent. Anyone who sends me a pm asking me if I want cheese with my wine, gets a kick in the balls

F the PM. Want some cheese Brother Rob? :D Ok, Moving on. How much longer are we talking until I get my balance due invoice?
PS. Rob is Great :rawk:

Thanks for the update. Can't wait for them to start shipping!

I would look at it like this, without Brad/TM you would not ever get a CCV and you would have also lost all your money, so while the wait may be a bit longer than you would like (this is the case for most high end companies BTW) you will get your CCV !

I was assured the boards will be done by end of business monday. Mark and I will go to barang on Tuesday morning and inspect every board. We are then going to set up a station to burn in and test all the amps. Im meeting with the chassis company tomorrow. (I need to keep on them and find out where are the freakin logos lol). Chassis are supposed to be delivered on the 12th. Then we do final assembly
