Wow the E2 looks a lot different than I thought. It's nice that it will sit on top of the Mod 50. I can't wait to pick one up.
 
The E2 was a lot smaller than I expected. I didn't get a chance to play with it, although I did spend a few minutes with the tweaker which ws really cool. Bruce is, as has often been reported, absolutely gracious and it was great to have a chance to speak with him in person.
 
My friend went by to give the E2 a test drive but said it wasn't working. Does anyone know the price of these?
 
Did anyone notice he is pointing to a foot switch pedal? :D

There were supose to be a new mod at 09 namm and nothing. I think they are spread out in so many projects it's difficult for them to focus in one area. Don't get me wrong luv the Egnater line but let's face it the E2 still isn't done, a year and a half no new mods. They are just to big and popular (really fast) and still a small company (employee wise) to keep up. It is great they are still coming up with new amps and have them in GC but I feel the mod section is on the back burner.
It's nice they are still a small personal company, we just have to have patients and hope one day some new mods are released and besides they have just about every amp tone covered with out stepping on other builders toes. Just my 2cents and venting.
 
Ok so Ive been waiting for the Armageddon but WTF is the Vengeance??? Is it like the rectifier stiletto combination?

I think the GC/import stuff is really doing well for them right now; thus, they are expanding the line.

However, they still mentioned "quietly" working on modular designs back in August. I don't think they'll forget about us. Plus, there are two more days left, right?
 
Damn Bruce is shelling out new amps in record time, this man is so productive, it's unbelieveable! Does he ever sleep?

I'm not saying they forgot about us. I understand the GC line and being time consuming and think it's great for them. Out sourcing the GC builds is also a great thing for them and hopefuly gives them some more time later to get back into custom amp mod stuff.

Oh, totally. I will be a little disappointed if there is no modular news to report. I was just saying that IF there isn't any, it's probably because of the GC cash cow they have workin'.
 
Well, crap. I liked the Tourmaster, but it wasn't metal enough for me. Guess I have to try these. :lol:
