How do you get a hold of Egnater? I tried calling for 2 months. I just wanted to have my T/D modded to a D/D and ask a few simple questions. Is this normal service for Egnater?
No!You can usually get a hold of someone, what number were you calling?

Ouch....I'm feeling a little beat up here but....it's OK.

4) Not sure what new modules you were hoping for. I thought the line was pretty filled out. Sorry if we implied there would constantly be new module designs. You can only do so many variations on the same circuits. There are quite a few modifiers out there now that are covering many of the things we don't do. Orange, Soldano, Bogner etc....etc....

Bruce - please take all the NAMM-obsessing from your fans as a compliment - the existing modules are so awesome I think everyone just wants "more of a good thing"!

I must agree that the modular line is quite filled out (including covering vintage/modern, high-gain/low-gain, british/american . . . ), and since I've been gigging with an M4 with 5 modules I feel that it covers so much ground it's hard to imagine anything really missing (or that I can't get with a change of the speakers/amp/guitars or the addition of a pedal now and then). Personally, the only thing I'm really GAS-ing for is the rackmount power amp to replace my MESA 20/20 . . .

(ok . . and maybe a Mark IIC+/IV module !! . . . ;) )
