Google "Iced Earth" and you'll find plenty of stuff like hundreds if not thousands of videos and music. This band Iced Earth, is huge, 13 studio albums alone! WTF is a iPhone video? Seriously, some idiot with a 59 Les Paul through a Dumble will sound like a million dollars because it's worth a million dollars right? Wrong!

Look, we all know that a 5150 or a Boogie Mark 3 will get you there!!!! No Larry or Fortin or fucking Dumball amp will ever actually be better when all is said and done!! Oops, duh, like I said, we all know that, but vanity is vain. I want and will own a Larry. I want, I get. Very very vain but that's why I read this shit and post this crap.

"I'd trade it all for just a little bit more" - what Mr. Burns said after Homer Simpson asked him what it is like to be the richest man in the world. That's me and my tone quest.
10-4 I was playing east coast circuit in bands in 1980. I know who John is.

Honestly this is pretty accurate.

All the boutique amps give you that "just a little bit more". Most people wouldn't even notice the difference but if you want the best of the best it is going to cost you.

And it all gets lost in the mix. I went from a 100b to a peavey classic 100 back in the day and through a 2500 watt monitor system full mix side fills. I was so over spending money. But that's me.

We're all going up on clips but the reality is that any great player with even a cell phone can make most amps sound good. On the flip side, great player can make great amps sound horrible with expensive recording gear. I've made unpopular comment regarding this on some people's channels that thyd be better served doing in room demos because their mic'd can demos were lackluster in my opinion. I've found that recording technique Trump's gear quality for any type of youtube video. 2 people can make the same amo sound like complete my different designs. As such amps that are pretty much copies of other designs can be easily hyped with the proper playing and recording.

My point is that you shouldn't hold much stock in compressed YouTube clips.

That shot blew a child awayyyyyyyyy!!!!!!

Common sense question, why would a guy who is getting as many orders as he can handle building take the time out to do clips / videos of his amps? I'm not saying it wouldn't be great to have some good clips, and I would love to hear them, but if he is getting as many orders as he can handle why would he take the time or worry about it?

If you're at the capacity you want to be at in sales there is no point doing things that will generate more inquiries / interest.

This is it spot on and btw is also the reason, why I don't build up my official web site after the hack - to regulate and limit the demand in a natural way.

I’m pretty sure Iced Earth could disappear from the planet and zero fucks would be given. I say that and I like some of their stuff. Lol

Found a Larry Amp clip guys

I have one of those stuffed bear mic stands. Fully adjustable and doesn't take away from the amp's natural tone

Haha nice, has been my personal chinese Golden Ton Smart-20 of the time (2008/2009) as I've refined the circuits & layouts and have elaborated production's instructions for a chinese amp manufacturer in order of the German importer. Meanwhile I'm missing this really nice sounding amp and bemoan that I've ever sold it.

Clean build. The amp sounds like a cool little pedal platformer. I was laughing because it's obviously not a clip these guys are looking for.

So any RT'ers going to pickup an Evil Pumpkin? I was definitely going to but shot my load into that Fryette Ultralead I always wanted.... I think I'm out. Still curious how the EP will sound though.

I’m still stuck on what next myself, there is a guy locally with a Driftwood Purple Nightmare for sale so I might go that route, everything about it just sounds fuckin gnarley

I heard an amp from namm, maybe omega? sounded fat!
