Sworn statement doesn't equal truth. Just that I said it, and swear to the fact. Doesn't count for anything other than I made the statement.
But when someone says something you like (you've quoted a few, including "Trump's DOJ said blah, blah, blah," then that's OK... TROLL?
EVIDENCE (is not proof)... it is... the available body of facts or information indicating whether a belief or proposition is true or valid. Evidence must be tested and put forward, but if a judge is unwilling to have that evidence put forward, then you need to ask why. There is a reason why audits are happening, and it's not just because Trump lost, but lost to a person who got the most votes of any president in history, outdid Obama, and yet cannot say a complete sentence unless it's on the teleprompter.
All
evidence adds up to
proof. In other words,
evidence does not
become proof until someone takes the pieces of facts and information and arrive at a logical and concrete conclusion. For example, if the
evidence acts as a theory or hypothesis, the
proof proves the theory to be a fact.
Proof is what you get by analyzing all the
evidence.
