I guess I never got the memo. I see the low volume dinner gig volume levels as even more gay. I twist that volume knob as far as it will go as often as I get the chance.

Sorry, you misread me. I should've been more clear. Looking at acreage that runs 1000-2000 bucks per acre this way I can look at 60-80-100-200 acre lots that are within my price range and still have enough left over to build if it doesn't have a decent place on it. I'd be ok living in an elevated wall tent with an outhouse on a nice porch but that isn't good enough for the old lady. She'd be cool with a 500 square foot cabin but I still need a large garage or other outbuilding for a shop and storage space.
