I would have said that's pretty plain. The thoughts of humans (philosophy) and human traditions (all those rituals and traditions VonBonfire talks about) are at odds with what Christ taught. So they have superseded the message the Bible and are leading people astray and are therefore holding people captive from the Bible's true message.
Paul wrote Colossians
any tradition outside of Christ's teaching and outside of the gospel of Christ is cursed / anathema.

Okay, but you haven't been able to identify objective contradictions that can't be resolved by appealing to the authority of the Orthodox church, which you don't acknowledge. So it's irreconcilable.

so this means
church tradition that contradicts Paul's writings are accursed

including the following :

praying to mary or worshiping mary
implying mary is holy or sinless
that we eat the actual body and blood of jesus
that the church has more authority that Christ
that the church is the ultimate authority over scripture
that any man be prayed to from the dead
that we have any relics or graven images.

basically every single thing @VonBonfire hold to
all accursed per Paul.

I do not accept the authority of the Orthodox Church - it has departed from the Bible. It needs to repent as an entity and come back to the word of God.

WHAT AUTHORITY OF THE ORTHODOX CHURCH?

by what standard does this authority exist?
how does it have more authority than the Church Of Scientology? Or Mormon?

He rejects the 200 years the church existed so he can't reconcile any of that stuff. The logical conclusion to the protestant heresy is a lesbian pastor which is what we see today. Self interpretation means anything goes.

Right, but they believe it is authoritative on account of it arguably having preceded the scriptures (And being the 'official' body of christ I assume). And they think you need to repent for denying it!

@VonBonfire do you acknowledge the Holy Bible as the inspired, infallible word of God

yes or no?

You know what - if the tradition didn't contract the Bible I'd have no problem with tradition but it does. So I do have a problem.

they didn't precede the scriptures, Paul established the majority of these churches. They were founded on the Gospel

Notice montecristo continually assigns roman catholic beliefs to orthodoxy. We are dealing with someone who probably has absolutely zero experience with the orthodox faith and so quite typically thinks it believes all the things the catholics do. My brother did the same thing a few weeks ago. Thumbpicker did the same thing the next night, and now montecristo is doing that now. Very common in the west. Most protestants have never even HEARD of orthodoxy so expecting them to grasp it isn't happening.

"church tradition" says women can be pastors @von
prove me wrong.
show me where that's wrong.

SHOW ANYTHING SAYING ANYTHING

You know what - if the tradition didn't contract the Bible I'd have no problem with tradition but it does. So I do have a problem.
Can you give your best example of where you think a tradition or practice of the orthodox church contradicts the bible, and cite the specific passage?

Yea we've been through this 18 times.

the Catholic Church recognizes mary was sinless - so do you
the Catholic Church has relics of saints - so do you
the Catcholic Church adheres to the Church's authority over scripture - so do you
the Catholic Church adheres to transubstantiation - so do you

We've done that time and time again here.

don't do it @Thumbpicker I have showed them 45 times mary isn't sinless and they are still asking for proof.

all the while not a single document from either of them.

Call transubstantiation "a mystery" in their lingo but "same dog different leg action"
