Plugins are cheap and easy. I'm messing around with that and the midi Dan uploaded.

I only use like 3 paid plugins. Most of what I use is stock reaper stuff

Waves Scheps Omni channel is my most used paid, it's the best value for a channel strip you can possibly get - worth the price of admission just for the saturation and hi and lo shelving TBH

I have melodyne incase of recording other people, and torpedo wall of sound for IRs, and that's literally it.

Please tell me these will work with a 9v battery.

Even so, solo cups have a brighter, crisper tone than waxed paper.
