And if we assume ( correctly it appears) that the guy DID have some liability in light of the Crumbley case coupled with the fact that a short time after being questioned by the FBI for threatening to shoot up a school, father of the year here buys his psycho kid an AR-15, who put him in touch with the high profile lawyer he hired ?

Considering the aforementioned, I don't think common sense is something I would attribute to this guy.
