Yep
He used to do that more than he does now, it just happens at times. If he's not feeling it he will pull back but not usually that far.
He'll be back. If he gets a decent start in Detroit it will be game on!
I gotta figure out my picks, I lost my ass last week
While last week was great for Ken, I think this week will be even more important for him..
Roczens dad let out a juicy tidbit about why he quit Honda, it seems sexton was getting parts that Ken was not being given, and it really pissed him off. I would have been too. Just seems counter productive to not give all your riders the best stuff you have every time, but it happens..
When Tomac switched to Yamaha's, he was getting 1-off hybrid air/spring suspension from KYB that nobody else on the planet had access to, but that made a little more sense to me with him carrying the red plate. He even had an entire team of KYB people there to help dial it in initially.
Still Id bet that Ferrandes did not appreciate that shit at all...

OH!!
And what happened to Blake Baggett ?????
I know RMC's race program fell apart on them, but he was too good to walk away and never be seen or heard from again!
multiple years now of "He who will not be named in public"
I hear stuff through the grapevine, but nothing that can ever be substantiated..
A good friend of mine works for Phoenix Honda in their race program, those guys talk about stuff constantly, but when it comes to Baggett, NOTHING..
Crickets..
Makes me think there was legal action being pursued and they put a gag order on the entire planet earth..
I don't understand why he didn't get another ride, at least on another satellite team or support team, slower guys than himself sure did..

“Webb is the only rider to finish in the top 5 all 9 rounds”
Yeah, last time I doubted him he made a fool of me..
On a track where Eli decides to go hypersonic, I don't think he can get past him, but if he gets off the gate better than Eli, he for sure knows how to ride a very wide bike..

Many times, of course, the details are kept within, and/or under NDAs. That could be said for a rider, or a "situation" like the RM debacle. Then there's the whole economics of a rider bringing in sponsorship, buying the seat, etc.
Baggett was replaced by Savatgy, yet Bogle remained. Seems as soon as that happened Blake sold his place (in the SE? House, acreage, practice track, etc.) and I don't think he's in the public eye anymore.

Beyond that, I got nuthin'. :D

Yeah, when I heard he sold his place, I thought wow, he might actually be done.. I like Bogle, but he was a smidge behind Baggett in overall numbers, except he was a bit better off the gate..
Sad, I can remember many times Baggett would come out and do stuff that dropped our jaws.. Maybe he just got to where he had had enough.
He's not even involved in the industry either, most of those guys find a spot where they can still be involved with the thing they love in a lesser capacity and still earn a paycheck. A lot of the guys I know who made Pro really don't know how to do anything else outside of that world. They have been at it since they were a kid.
I hope he's got something good going for him, he was a cool guy and deserves better than to be the guy nobody seems to want to talk about..
Horns up for the mighty Chupacabra!:rawk::rawk:

Hailey tales P2 qualifying for group C. He was at Paradise MX when I was there in October.

Sexton finished P1 but is docked 7 points for jumping during a red cross flag…
