I've been on a bit of a pasta kick lately, and the Shrimp Scampi Linguine recipe has been my go-to. It's super easy to make and tastes amazing.

@Surs29106 show me you're not a 🤖 mate or you're gone.

You have 3 days.

Looks good. Ima BITCH for pizza! You make you’re on crust (not meant to be an insult as I know some take that seriously)

@IndyWS6 haven't seen you for a while bro'. Hope all's well. :thumbsup:

The pizza sounds and looked great of course; I consider you an epic chef. :LOL:

This is an old pic but it is what I'm doing today. Cooking salmon for the extended family on the Weber w apple chips. It is what's left of the salmon we caught in Puget Sound last June. :yes:

…got a 600$ GC to Lowe’s for Christmas.
Thinking about getting a pellet grill.
Anybody have experience with one? Is there one that Lowe’s sells that’s worth a damn?
Tips and advice appreciated!

Dont do it get a flattop

I don't care for pellet grills personally. For me, I feel like I'm automating the cooking process to much. I'm old school. The only technology might be a wireless thermometer. But yeah. Wood chips man indirect. Unless I'm doing burgers or shrimp kind of thing.

So. I can't help you there.

I do have a Blackstone and love it, but that is a different kind of cooking and also higher maintenance in the cleaning/prepping department. I'm not aware of any Pellet Blackstone type grills but I haven't looked either.

Yea I’m old schooler as well…charcoal and wood chunks for sure. Pellet grill certainly wouldn’t out-perform that. I’m wanting something more convenient I guess…but better flavor than propane.

looking to low cook some butts, churkeys, etc.
