Yea I’m old schooler as well…charcoal and wood chunks for sure. Pellet grill certainly wouldn’t out-perform that. I’m wanting something more convenient I guess…but better flavor than propane.

looking to low cook some butts, churkeys,
I have a Pit Boss, 2 webers, a barrel smoker with a o2 sensor, flattop...best bbq comes from a Weber

I don't always cool pork loins in the oven but when I do, like I did tonight, I stuff it with sharp white cheddar cheese, spinach dip, diced jalapenos, and minced garlic. Then I wrap in bacon and a spice rub and bake at 350 degrees :yes:

Cast iron pan. Oil it up, I make my own cold fermented dough. Let it sit in the pan until it proofs.

What you got going on there chicken?

I’m rolling a 8 lb butt in the am…. I broke down and got a pit boss pellet. Got a bag of hickory! Let’s go
