is that a JCM900 Dave is playing??

those 900s were so loud it gave him a sore throat  :ROFLMAO:

Further, she noted that Perry Farrell had been very frustrated with his band members, as he felt that "the stage volume had been extremely loud and his voice was being drowned out by the band."

Etty Lau stated that Perry had been suffering from "tinnitus and a sore throat" every night due to the volume, and that he was on the receiving end of the audience's insults and complaints about the loudness.
I call bs, they all wear inears.

He has stated in interviews that he likes recording with an Ubershall and a BE100, but he tours with the JCM900 because "it just works." There was a picture on his Instagram years ago with the tape under the knobs showing his exact settings with a quote says have fun or something like that.

As far as the incident... Perry is wearing IEMs. So, stage volume should not have been an issue for him. I just see it as drunken LSD.

i listened to "Nothing Shocking" today, and musically at least i actually kind of dig it, his vocals arent my favorite and some of his lyrics are kind of cringe, but i can understand in 88 or whenever it came out they made some waves.

Update: Farrell has issued the following statement: "This weekend has been incredibly difficult and after having the time and space to reflect, it is only right that I apologize to my bandmates, especially Dave Navarro, fans, family and friends for my actions during Friday's show. Unfortunately, my breaking point resulted in inexcusable behavior, and I take full accountability for how I chose to handle the situation."

Porno for Pyros - "Good God's Urge" is a great album...I still listen to it once in awhile.
