Owning/carrying a collapsible baton is illegal in some states. WTF?

Wyatt Earp couldn’t take on a street-punk today.
That whole “Wild West” nonsense is lore.
There were actually only like a dozen armed robberies and a handful of shootouts throughout that whole romanticized era.

And all those allegedly wild cowtowns exercised strict gun control.

that's why so many street punks fail to hit their intended targets.

Biggest loophole in the movie Tombstone.
Early on they show the sheriff collecting guns due to the town's strict no guns law.

But whenever the plot needs one a gun mysteriously appears on someone's person.
- Johnny Ringo showing off for Holliday at the poker table in the bar.
- Holliday telling a drunk Ringo he'd be his huckleberry in the street.

and lots more....

the whole shoot out at high noon thing is pretty much a myth....Is there even a recorded case of any quick draw fights in the middle of the street? now dueling is totally different. Honor duels happened everywhere till right around the beginning of the 20th century...

Keep posting wingnut nonsense and expect the same type of responses. The shit isn’t hard.
