I don't believe anyone ever went beyond high orbit. Even where "space" starts is in dispute.
I marvel that anyone actually believes this shit. It's like they are rubbing it in your face.

I am not disputing that he would know the shape of the earth. But you think because you "know" it's a spinning ball, so did he. I say with confidence that he would have rather believed in the Hebrew conception of the earth because he was a Hebrew (if he existed at all).

I don't have to believe what the ancient Hebrews believed the Earth to be like to believe the Bible. The Bible's language has enough leeway to be subject interpretation when it comes to the Earth and it's not a western science textbook.

It's a scam. People will believe anything the authorities tell them. Just wait until they tell them the "aliens" (demons) are their gods. They've primed heads for this stuff for years now....
Aliens or AI, they have been floating both recently. Market research ya know!

So you think Jesus knew we are spinning around on a ball, tethered by "Gravity" and didn't say a word about it to any of his followers?

Stories go back to antiquity stating how it was "the gods" who taught men fire making, metallurgy, weapon making, administration of drugs, cosmetics, etc etc. Aliens is just a repackaging. Nothing changes.

I don't really know what Jesus was aware of while he was a man and took on human form on Earth. He knew what it was really like in heaven and simplified it for his disciples into concepts they could grasp. He knew they couldn't know what it's really like. Logically he may have known being God. If he knew we'd have things like computers, electricity and internal combustion engines in the future he didn't reveal it or the future in that regard. I cannot say if he knew when he was in human form I can only say possibly.

Yeah that is interesting. If they exist, where are they, where have the been for thousands of years? Why are they hiding?

wrong. He wouldn't have "believed in the Hebrew conception of the earth". The bible says He created the earth dude.
Is it your contention that the creator of the earth with all knowledge, being omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent, would have adhered to the thinking of mere mortals? That's a ridiculous claim.

oh and the image above - that's just your interpretation.

That is a good question. There is probably an answer in scripture someplace. I'll think about it while I cut some grass this afternoon, lol.

Where is this in the Bible? You want to believe supposed stories in antiquity and deny realities of modernity.

That he never bothered to mention any of it seems to imply that it's just not a very important topic.

I don't think things like space and the shape of the Earth are even subject to interpretation. I don't even believe it's a debate and the flat Earth is a valid alternate viewpoint to have a debate about.

This is where this whole "your truth" and "my truth" thing people these days carry on about becomes complete bullshit.

A third of the angels were cast out of heaven in scripture. The book of Enoch confirms they taught men all those things. Per hellenistic sources those "gods" provided the know how for tech in exchange for worship.

Thumbpicker doesn't know how much Jesus knew or not. Anyways, the "Bible" doesn't say he created the earth, a book or two in the new testament mention it. Regardless, don't you think he might have wanted to correct the record about something so fundamental?

So Edison made a working light bulb by consorting with demons. Yeah right.

There's a reason the book of Enoch isn't in the Bible.
