Should Krull be banned off the forum?

I invented this back in 1985. I sent drawings, directions... They declined; due to cost, and then released it 1 year later. Because I didn't protect myself, they obtained my design.

Well, they didn't steal it. I sent the design in without first filing a declaration with the patent office. Why I did this, I have no idea? I think I just wanted to see what would happen.

Can you take a picture of yourself with a sign with today's date on it showing your workbench, component storage, chassis', headshells waiting to be populated, boxes, packing material....shit like that?

Unless a builder has copied a patented circuit, no infringement has been committed. Anything beyond that is philosophical discussion. i.e. Useless.

On the other side of that coin, what if a builder steals the circuits of other builders, and then tries to pass them off as his own designs? Should the designer of these circuits sit quietly and accept it? Would you? Or should they let it be known on guitar forums and seek legal advice? I know what route I would take. If these allegations are in fact true, and if persuading only a few people to not buy a Fortin because of this helps him to sleep at night, then good for him. He’s not the bad guy here.

First when one amp is completely finished including first burn in, several test drives and is shipped, first then I start with the next build.

You'd never see more than one amp in progress on my bench - and this is fine, because all my thinking, my heart & sould I can put into this particular amp and haven't to share it over several or even many amps.

And as I've already said in another post - I'm building each amp, as it would be my personal one and only amp for the rest of my life. Each particular amp

This is exactly the point I was trying to make. Why would anyone want to shell out tons of cash up front with the way this guy behaves? In the other thread Larry had a meltdown because some guy paid for tubes 2 years ago and never received them, posted all the excuses Larry gave him, asked when they would finally ship out and Larry starts putting this guy down and asks for his bank info to refund him. There are always 2 sides to a story, and both parties told it. All you have to do is read some of these threads to realize who was in the wrong.

This forum used to have a lot of good people in it and real exchanges of opinions and ideas but most of them got chased off by the mob, sadly now its full of trolls and there is a reason Rig-Talk is the butt of many jokes. Since 1985, I've given away three design ideas...all of which are being used today. I still have a few designs that I haven't done anything with. I once stood in a meeting room with 12 corporate heads; while presenting what I call a "Ridge Locking Drywall Molly". My hair was down to the middle of my back, Levi jeans, t-shirt, and a "Marshall" emblazened leather jacket... My GF was in the board room with me. She laugningly said to me; "The scene looked just like the cover of the Joe Perry Project album!"

In regards to Larry and Krull... I think they both could spend their time doing other things. Whatever... it's their time, not mine.
