Yeah we can afford armed security for congress, casinos, banks and federal buildings but we can't afford to protect the children. Ridiculous.

Mass stabbings happen usually in places where guns are forbidden to citizens. And in the most recent cases, knives are also forbidden to citizens. Notably London, Spain, Australia and some African shitholes.

Banks and casinos are for profit businesses, they can hire whomever they can afford.

Personally if more money were to appear in local school budgets, I believe it should be put towards their education and not weaponry.

Of course you do. The state needs more good little subjects even if it puts them in danger.

By the way Dangly, some places, mostly rural, you know, where the uneducated rubes live, have solved the problem by arming teachers who have training in firearms. Surprisingly those schools haven't seen any "Mass shootings" or accidental discharges by armed personnel.
